Job summary

Bupa seeks a Virtual MSK Physiotherapist to join our remote-based service, with occasional attendance at Bupa Place in Salford Quays. This permanent role offers a 37.5 hour week with a minimum of 22.5 hours and one weekend in every four.

You will deliver telephone assessments via video, provide diagnoses and self-management guidance, and coordinate onward referrals for members and corporate customers. Flexibility with shifts and ongoing professional development are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years UK post qualification experience.
• Band 6 or 7 MSK physiotherapist with a strong history of 1-1 clinical delivery.
• Diploma or Degree or equivalent and HCPC/CSP accredited.
• Ability to evaluate, plan and prioritise workload within demanding timescales.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent telephone assessments via video and audio capabilities.
• Provide diagnosis, self-management techniques and onward referrals.
• Monitor and follow up complex and red-flag cases, escalating when required to the Clinical Lead.
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate advice and support.
• Manage customer pathways to deliver appropriate clinical outcomes at best cost.
