Latymer Search Limited is seeking an MRICS or FRICS Senior/Associate Commercial Valuer to handle a varied commercial workload, focusing on secured lending. You will manage instructions from inspection through to reporting, researching comparables, assessing tenancy data, and delivering valuations while answering client queries.

Qualifications

• MRICS or FRICS chartered valuer.
• Experience in commercial valuations for secured lending.
• Ability to manage instructions from initial inspection through to final valuation report.

Responsibilities

• Manage instructions from initial inspection through to completed valuation report.
• Research comparable evidence and assess tenancy information.
• Form valuations and respond to client queries.
• Adapt valuations to a range of property types including industrial units, retail, offices and mixed-use buildings.
