Latymer Search Limited is seeking a Senior Surveyor / Associate Director for Trading & Commercial Valuation. The role focuses on valuations of trading assets and commercial property, with emphasis on secured lending and client relationships.

You will provide technical guidance, review reports, and help develop new instructions while working largely remotely across the UK with travel for inspections. MRICS/FRICS candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• MRICS or FRICS qualified valuer with experience in trading assets and commercial property.
• Experience in secured lending valuations and supervising colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Manage trading instructions for valuations and provide market insights.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality reports.
• Provide technical guidance, review colleagues' reports, and mentor staff.
• Support business development and win new instructions from clients.
