Job summary

Latymer Search Limited is seeking a Senior Surveyor / Associate Director to lead trading assets and commercial valuations, focusing on secured lending. You will manage client relationships, provide technical guidance, and contribute to business development.

The role covers hotels, pubs, restaurants and leisure assets alongside commercial properties, with work largely remote and travel for inspections. MRICS/FRICS is essential and a strong valuation track record is required.

Qualifications

• MRICS or FRICS qualification.
• Proven experience in trading assets and commercial valuation.
• Experience with secured lending workflows and lender requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead trading and valuation assignments across hotels, pubs, restaurants and leisure assets and commercial portfolios.
• Review reports, mentor junior valuers and provide technical oversight.
• Support business development and build client relationships to win new instructions.
• Travel to client sites for inspections and meetings as required.
