Qualifications

  • Proven experience in community management, ideally within games.
  • Strong understanding of Steam as a platform: discussions, reviews, wishlists.
  • Excellent written communication skills - you can write clearly and quickly.
  • Ability to handle feedback constructively, both giving and receiving.
  • Self-starter who can manage time and priorities in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day community management across social channels and Steam discussions.
  • Act as the primary feedback channel between players and the development team - collect, prioritise, and communicate feedback.
  • Write and publish engaging content: dev updates, social posts, forum announcements.
  • Moderate Steam discussions, surface bugs, and maintain a constructive environment.
  • Build relationships with content creators, modders, and community leaders.
  • Track community sentiment and report on what's working and what players want.
  • Coordinate with external pre-launch team for a smooth handoff for Motorsport Manager 2.
  • From time to time, appear on camera for dev streams and Q&A.
