Qualifications

• Experience in community management or related role, preferably in gaming/esports.
• In-depth knowledge of esports titles and online community dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social platforms, Discord, and community tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a positive and active player base.
• Monitor and moderate online forums, social media channels, and Discord servers.
• Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and facilitate discussions.
• Organize and promote community events, contests, and activities.
• Gather community feedback and report insights to product and marketing teams.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key community influencers and advocates.
• Address and resolve community conflicts or issues in a fair and timely manner.
