Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Motor Vehicle Skills Assessor to coach and assess apprentices across sites in the South West, including remote working options. The role focuses on workplace coaching, tracking progress, and ensuring learners reach qualification milestones.

You will build strong relationships with learners and employers, maintain compliance, and support End Point Assessment readiness while travelling to multiple sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an assessor delivering work-based learning and apprenticeship programmes.
• Strong ability to coach, assess and guide learners to qualification milestones.
• Proven track record building relationships with employers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workplace coaching, assessment and tailored support to apprentices.
• Monitor, record and track learner progress with compliant documentation.
• Provide feedback and training to achieve End Point Assessment readiness.
