The Bedford College Group is seeking a Training Coordinator in Motor Vehicle to manage the end-to-end apprenticeship journey at Corby and Bedford campuses. You will coordinate induction, track learner progress, set SMART targets and ensure timely completion while liaising with employers and teaching teams.

Role requires Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification, TAQA Level 3 Assessor Award and strong workshop safety knowledge, with a focus on quality assurance and safeguarding.

Qualificações

• Holds a Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification and TAQA Level 3 Assessor Award with recent relevant industry experience.
• Strong learner management, coaching and target-driven progression
• Effective communication with learners, employers and stakeholders
• Commitment to equality, inclusion and health & safety standards, with willingness to travel across areas

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end Motor Vehicle apprenticeship journey, inductions, progress reviews and SMART targets.
• Deliver and assess Motor Vehicle training, provide coaching and constructive feedback.
• Engage employers, coordinate workplace visits, monitor health and safety, align training plans.
• Maintain audit-ready learner records and ensure funding and awarding body compliance.
• Support learners through safeguarding, progression planning and CPD initiatives.
