Rotherwood Education are recruiting an experienced Training & Development Coach to join the Construction and Motor team at a Blackburn area FE college. This is a full-time temporary role starting 12 October 2026 for approximately four weeks to cover staff absence.

You will deliver and assess the Level 2 Autocare Technician apprenticeship, plus workplace coaching and progress reviews. Based across Lancashire with travel to employer premises, the role requires an assessor qualification such as A1,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Level 2 Autocare Technician apprenticeship standard.
• Experience coaching and assessing apprentices in the workplace.
• Experience completing progress reviews with employers.
• Strong knowledge of off-the-job training and end-point assessment.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel across Lancashire.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver high-quality theory and practical workshop sessions.
• Deliver and assess against Level 2 Autocare Technician apprenticeship standard.
• Carry out workplace coaching, assessment and progress reviews.
• Maintain records of teaching, assessment and progress.
• Liaise with employers regarding apprentice progress.
• Manage a caseload of apprentices across Lancashire.
