Job summary

The RTA Counter Fraud team seeks a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal/Litigation Executive with motor fraud experience to handle a full caseload, manage client relationships, draft documents, and progress matters through court. This remote role supports a national practice specialising in insurance and fraud disputes.

You will conduct investigations, take witness statements, review medical records, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing your own litigated caseload.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation process and personal injury or Fraud (desirable).
• Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver a highly professional service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of motor fraud claims.
• Conduct investigations, take witness statements, and review medical records.
• Secure required documentation and evidence from claimant representatives.
• Draft legal documents, reports, and client advice.
• Attend court, pre-trial meetings, and adhere to court timetables.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities.
