Launch With Us is seeking an experienced Digital Video Editor to produce high-quality content for social media ads across multiple DTC brands. You will work on short-form video tailored for TikTok and Meta, with a focus on performance marketing and e-commerce.

Remote, UK-working hours on a B2B contract, with flexibility. You should have expert skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects, deliver under tight deadlines, and stay ahead of trends to maximize engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing and production, preferably in e-commerce.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Understanding of TikTok and Meta ads best practices.
• Motion graphics, transitions, captions and colour grading.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-management.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos aligned with each brand's style and tone.
• Specialise in social media ads (UGC, motion graphics, high-production content).
• Optimise content for TikTok, Meta ads and other platforms to maximise engagement.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to implement client feedback effectively.
• Stay up to date with video content trends and conversion-driven editing techniques.
