GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor for a remote role based in Peterborough. You will earn £60,000 to £100,000 OTE on a commission-based structure with a generous split and guaranteed support, including quality leads and admin assistance.

The role requires CeMAP, comfort with charging fees, and confidence in talking to clients both over the phone and face-to-face where needed.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification required.
• Comfortable charging fees.
• Confident over the phone and face to face.
• Able to upsell protection.
• Positive attitude towards the industry.
• Preferably whole of market experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Communicate with clients remotely and via calls/meetings.
• Upsell protection products and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Manage client leads with supported admin team.
