Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Territory Manager to cover the Midlands, focusing on Urology homecare products and building relationships with NHS and community settings. The ideal candidate has medical devices sales experience and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

You will develop strategic plans and drive growth for Intermittent Catheters and bladder management products across the Midlands, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver annual revenue growth.

Qualifications

• BA in Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of urology products; local urology nurses preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license; travel outside of the UK <20%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve increased sales and market share in focus product range.
• Build strategies using data for short-/medium-/long-term plans for Midlands.
• Identify and road map new profitable business opportunities.
• Maintain and defend sales within territory.
• Provide monthly forecasts for the defined area.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners with Marcom, R&D, CMA, and operations.
