Havas Lynx Group is seeking a Medical Editor for a 3‑month FTC, remote UK-based candidates welcomed. You will ensure medical accuracy across advertising content, edit manuscripts, and support pitches while aligning with ABPI guidelines and client needs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in an agency setting, experience with global pharma, and a solid scientific background across therapy areas. The role offers an engaging environment, competitive benefits, and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Medical Editor in an agency setting.
• Experience working with global pharmaceutical companies.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Solid scientific background and experience across multiple therapy areas.
• Understanding of clinical research, drug development process, and industry guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the information and data is correct and accurate.
• Use your proofreading skills to ensure materials are medically correct.
• Demonstrate your knowledge of medical editing across a range of materials.
• Have an understanding of the industry codes of practice and legislation including ABPI.
• Know your clients and their projects inside and out, including therapy areas and portfolios.
• Work directly with other members of the medical writing teams to ensure the projects and objectives are met.
• Assist on pitches and client account work.
• Adhere to budgets and timelines, keeping the team updated with any alterations or changes made.
