Job summary

You will oversee end-to-end MDM workstreams, govern data quality, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. Strong communication and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Master Data Management initiatives.
• Experience within Life Sciences sector.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and stewardship principles.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and managing delivery activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Master Data Management workstreams.
• Coordinate development teams, technical discussions, planning sessions, and delivery activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, SMEs, and programme leadership.
• Drive governance, reporting, communication, and documentation across the MDM function.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Support commercial systems and data initiatives within a regulated Life Sciences environment
