Job summary

Rotork is hiring an MDM Analyst to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Customer and Supplier master data across global systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders, global process owners, and an offshore partner to establish best practices and drive data quality improvements.

You will act as the main liaison for offshore data maintenance, manage data requests, and help define MDM processes and controls while supporting the adoption of new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for the offshore data maintenance team.
• Manage and coordinate Customer and Supplier master data requests, ensuring governance and SLAs.
• Review and triage data requests; provide guidance on actions.
• Support data quality initiatives through validation and cleansing.
• Investigate and resolve master data issues with stakeholders.
• Train and onboard new master data requesters and approvers.
• Contribute to development and documentation of MDM processes and controls.
