Job summary

Korn Ferry Group is seeking an experienced IT MDM Lead to drive delivery of Master Data Management initiatives across a complex commercial technology environment in the Life Sciences sector. The role is remote, enabling coordination with global teams and stakeholders.

You will oversee end-to-end MDM workstreams, govern data quality, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. Strong communication and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Master Data Management initiatives.
• Experience within Life Sciences sector.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and stewardship principles.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
• Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or broader Life Sciences sector.
• Strong understanding of data governance, master data processes, data quality, and stewardship principles.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and managing delivery activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
