Job summary

Jagex is seeking a Marketing Director for RuneScape to own the game’s marketing strategy and lead an embedded marketing team. You’ll drive player acquisition, re-engagement, and membership inflow while aligning with company-wide marketing goals and a defined growth strategy.

You’ll work with the leadership team to translate commercial objectives into marketing plans, manage the budget, and partner with central Marketing functions to maximize ROI and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Significant marketing leadership experience in games or related live-service business.
• Proven track record growing subscriber/memberships with measurable results.
• Experience owning and allocating large marketing budgets and evaluating ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the game’s marketing strategy aligned with product goals.
