Qualificações

• Significant marketing leadership experience in the games industry or a related live-service entertainment business.
• Proven track record of growing a subscriber or user base through acquisition and re-engagement.
• Experience owning and allocating a large marketing budget with measurable ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver the marketing strategy for RuneScape, including player acquisition, re-engagement and membership inflow.
• Lead the game leadership team and align goals with the company-wide strategy.
• Own and manage the marketing budget, plan spend, and evaluate ROI with defined metrics.
• Direct marketing campaigns across the game calendar, including content launches and live events.
• Line manage Product Marketing Managers and Social Media Managers with clear objectives.
• Collaborate with central marketing functions to align activity with strategy.
• Translate commercial and audience goals into concrete marketing plans and success measures.
• Monitor and report marketing performance to senior leadership, including revenue and DAU metrics.
• Develop and test new marketing approaches and scale successful methods.
• Build understanding of the game community to inform strategy and messaging.
