Job summary

Expleo is recruiting for Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Programmer to support an upcoming work package. The role involves developing CNC programmes, tool setup and process improvements, with remote work and occasional site visits to the client.

You will work within the Aero Business Unit, applying CATIA V5 CNC programming and Vericut simulations to improve quality, cost and delivery across high-tech projects.

Responsibilities

• Compile and update CNC programmes for multi-sized components.
• Create prove-out sheets and support Tape Try-outs of new programs.
• Interpret customer specifications and engineering drawings accurately.
• Update and optimise CNC programs to reduce run times.
• Assist across engineering the production process and machine utilisation.
• Develop work holding methods as part of the process.
• Produce set up sheets and support operations team.
• Design and commission tooling and probes as required.
• Ensure Right First Time in line with KPIs and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and project reviews.
