Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Programmer to support a key customer project. The role is based remotely with occasional site visits, reporting to the Programme Delivery Leader, within the Aero ME team.

Candidates will work on 3- and 5-axis CNC programming for aluminium components and contribute to continuous improvement on production processes. Proactive team players with strong communication skills, autonomous working style, and a track record delivering high-quality

Qualifications

Engineering degree with proven practical engineering and manufacturing knowledge.
Experience in CNC programming and manufacturing processes is required.
Eligibility for UK Security Clearance or the ability to obtain it is essential.

Responsibilities

Compile and update CNC programmes for multi-sized aluminium components.
Create prove-out sheets and support Tape Try-outs of new programs.
Interpret customer specifications and engineering drawings accurately.
Update CNC programs to reduce run times and improve efficiency.
Assist in all aspects of production engineering, material flow and machine utilisation.
Develop and manage production processes to improve quality, cost and time measures.
