Job summary

Radar Healthcare is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Tenant Integration & Migration Consultant to lead the integration of a newly acquired business into the Radar technology environment. The role is UK remote with Outside IR35 options and involves end-to-end migration activities.

You will cover discovery through to domain cutover, device transitions, hyper-care, and de-commissioning of source tenant, blending strategic oversight with hands-on technical work.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex M365 migration programmes.
• Strong documentation, planning and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies and remediation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess source Microsoft 365 environment and current setup.
• Design coexistence and target-state architecture.
• Migrate Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Migrate Slack channels, workflows and integrations.
• Migrate Entra ID applications, SSO, SCIM and automation platforms.
• Coordinate Intune and Windows Autopilot device transitions.
• Manage domain, DNS and mail-flow cutover activities.
• Deliver hyper-care and post-migration handover.
• Produce migration runbooks, validation reports and governance documentation.
