Job summary

VIQU IT is actively seeking an experienced M365 Engineer in High Wycombe to support a tenant-to-tenant migration and greenfield M365 deployment following a merger. The role spans a hybrid environment with onsite presence two days a week and strong Quest tooling expertise. Immediate availability is preferred.

The successful candidate will lead migrations, secure the tenant architecture, and collaborate with internal teams and MSPs to ensure governance and compliance throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Proven M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Hands-on Quest migration experience is mandatory.
• Strong AD and hybrid identity experience.
• Knowledge of M365 security, governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M365 tenant-to-tenant migration, moving users, data and services into the new/empty tenant.
• Utilise Quest migration tooling as a key part of the migration process.
• Support migration across the hybrid AD/M365 environment, troubleshooting identity/synchronisation issues.
• Design and implement the new M365 tenant architecture with security and governance in mind.
• Establish and maintain security, governance and compliance standards for the new environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and MSPs, providing hands-on guidance and documentation.
