Job summary

Radar Healthcare is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Tenant Integration & Migration Consultant to lead the integration of a newly acquired business into the Radar technology environment.

This is a hands-on engagement covering the entire migration lifecycle, from discovery and target-state design through to Microsoft 365 migration, domain cutover, device transition, hyper-care, and source-tenant decommissioning.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex M365 migrations.
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong documentation, planning and stakeholder engagement.
• UK-based and available to support workshops and migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Assess source Microsoft 365 environment.
• Design coexistence and target-state architecture.
• Migrate Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Assess and transition Slack channels, workflows and integrations.
• Migrate Entra ID applications, SSO, SCIM and automation platforms.
• Coordinate Intune and Windows Autopilot device transitions.
• Manage domain, DNS and mail-flow cutover activities.
• Deliver hyper-care, stabilisation and handover.
• Produce migration runbooks, validation reports and governance documentation.

Radar Healthcare is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Tenant Integration & Migration Consultant to lead the integration of a newly acquired business into the Radar technology environment. This is a hands-on engagement covering the entire migration lifecycle, from discovery and target-state design through to Microsoft 365 migration, domain cutover, device transition, hyper-care, and source-tenant decommissioning.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Assessing and documenting the source Microsoft 365 environment
• Designing coexistence and target-state architecture
• Migrating Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams
• Assessing and transitioning Slack channels, workflows and integrations
• Migrating Entra ID applications, SSO, SCIM and automation platforms
• Coordinating Intune and Windows Autopilot device transitions
• Managing domain, DNS and mail-flow cutover activities
• Delivering hyper-care, stabilisation and operational handover
• Producing migration runbooks, validation reports and governance documentation

We're looking for someone with experience in:

• Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive & Teams migrations
• Entra ID, SSO, Enterprise Applications & SCIM
• ShareGate or equivalent migration tooling
• Microsoft Intune & Windows Autopilot
• Power Platform, PowerShell & automation remediation
• Slack migration and collaboration platform transitions
• DNS, domain transfer, SPF, DKIM & DMARC cutovers
• Technical project governance and stakeholder management

About You

• Proven track record delivering complex M365 migration programmes
• Comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on technical levels
• Strong documentation, planning and stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to identify risks, dependencies and remediation requirements
• UK-based and available to support workshops and key migration activities
