Job summary

Xpertis Talent is seeking a Consultant to join their Professional Services team as a trusted advisor for the Microsoft 365 stack. You will lead end-to-end delivery across Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, SharePoint and Teams, translating business needs into practical, secure solutions.

You will run workshops, support presales with scoping and estimates, mentor colleagues, and drive automation and continuous improvement across deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint and Exchange.
• Understanding of security, governance and controlled technical change.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and optimisation of Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Own projects end-to-end from discovery to handover into operations.
• Mentor consultants and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Run customer workshops, discovery sessions and demos to shape scope.
