Tribal Recruitment – The UK's Leading Digital & R2R Recruiters is seeking a commercially focused PPC Manager to lead paid search strategy for luxury clients. You will balance brand positioning with performance, building campaigns to drive acquisition and revenue growth.

Based in the UK and able to work remotely, you will manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, budgets, reporting, and insights across premium brands in fashion, beauty, travel, and lifestyle sectors.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience in PPC / paid search with hands-on Google Ads management.
• Experience managing campaigns across search, shopping, remarketing and performance-focused PPC.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• UK-based and able to work remotely as part of a collaborative team.

Mansioni

• Develop and deliver paid search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant channels for luxury clients.
• Plan, build, manage, and optimise campaigns across search, shopping, remarketing, and brand activity.
• Manage budgets to maximise ROAS while protecting brand positioning and customer quality.
• Conduct keyword research, campaign structuring, audience segmentation, bid strategy optimisation, and ad copy testing.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and apply data-driven optimisations to improve ROAS and revenue.
