Job summary

Avia is hiring a proactive VIP Host to deliver a high-touch, personalized experience for UK-based VIP players. You will build long-term relationships, manage outbound communications, and support VIP engagement programs across global teams.

The role requires 1+ year in outbound engagement or CRM, strong English communication, analytical skills, and a proactive approach. Fully remote work with performance bonuses and UK eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound engagement, CRM or related role.
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with high-value customers.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with UK-based players.
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage regular outbound communications and multiple relationships efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with UK-based VIP players via SMS, in-app chat and email.
• Deliver a high-touch, engaging and responsive player experience.
• Monitor player activity and engagement patterns to identify churn signals and support retention.
• Conduct regular outbound engagement, including invitations and personalized interactions.
• Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues effectively.
• Support VIP programmes, promotions, events and exclusive benefits.
• Meet outreach targets while focusing on quality and satisfaction.
• Document player interactions and feedback in internal systems.
• Communicate feedback and insights to internal stakeholders.
