Job summary

searchparty digital Ltd. is hiring an LMS Administrator to manage the Absorb platform for a UK-based remote team. You will handle enrolments, learner records, certifications and course operations to keep training on track.

You will work with Content Developer to create engaging online training using Articulate Rise 360, run the platform's reporting, and support tutors. Strong communication and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Absorb LMS day-to-day operations.
• Ability to generate learner reports and track completions.
• Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI packaging and course updates.
• Comfort creating online training with Rise 360 and assisting tutors.

Responsibilities

• Run the Absorb LMS day-to-day: enrolments, learner records, certifications and course operations.
• Produce and review completion, attendance, and course-date reports.
• Collaborate with Content Developer to develop engaging online training using Rise 360.
• Support tutors and troubleshoot platform issues; escalate when needed.
• Utilise AI tools to speed content production and perform QA before publishing.
• Manage SCORM/xAPI packages and update courses and learning paths.
