Kamma Limited is expanding its Licensing Applications team to own the end-to-end delivery of licence applications for lettings and landlords across the UK. You will lead a small team of Licensing Applications Administrators, ensure accuracy, and drive improvements as the service scales.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a high-volume operations or compliance team.
• Strong process improvement experience.
• Experience with audits and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of licence applications from invoiced to issued.
• Coach and develop Licensing Applications Administrators and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure GDPR/compliance through rigorous audits and data handling.
