Job summary

Kamma Limited is hiring a Licensing Applications Service Manager to own the end-to-end licence process from invoicing to licensing and upload into KammaSuite. You’ll lead a team of Licensing Applications Administrators, drive accuracy, GDPR compliance, and KPI delivery to scale the service.

You’ll shape processes, coordinate with the Licensing Product Manager, and handle high-risk cases with council officers while maintaining a fast, reliable service for landlords and agents.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years leading a team in high-volume operations or compliance.
• Attention to detail and rigorous quality control practice.
• Strong knowledge of property licensing and local authority processes.
• Excellent relationship skills with colleagues, customers and councils.
• Experience designing or improving processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of every licence application from invoicing to licensing.
• Lead Licensing Applications Administrators and unblock work with regular check-ins.
• Ensure accuracy and GDPR compliance through audits and controls.
• Own weekly/monthly KPIs and intervene when targets lag.
• Develop knowledge base on licensing differences across councils.
