Job summary

House Recruiting is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to lead performance across residential and Build to Rent properties. The role is fully remote and part-time (22.5 hours/week) with a pro rata salary of 35,000–40,000.

You will drive occupancy, maximise rental income and deliver excellent customer experience, combining sales, marketing, data analysis and stakeholder management to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential lettings management.
• Experience within Build to Rent sector and understanding resident expectations.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy processes, compliance and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy levels and rental income across the portfolio.
• Lead negotiations with prospective tenants to maximise returns and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor local market conditions to inform pricing and marketing strategies.
• Maximise property exposure via Rightmove, Zoopla and other channels.
• Act as main contact for lettings performance and provide market insights.
• Analyse occupancy trends, leasing activity and revenue performance.
• Oversee the tenancy journey from enquiry to move-in.
• Identify opportunities to improve lettings processes and portfolio performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Promote a proactive, commercial, customer-led lettings approach.
