Job summary

Right Recruit is seeking Lettings Negotiators to support multiple estate agency clients across the UK. Roles offer remote or hybrid options, with opportunities that match experience and ambition.

You will secure tenancies, liaise with landlords and tenants, and guide the rental process from start to finish, with potential for field-based work and progression within a network of agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in a property-related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct viewings (in person or virtual) and provide feedback to landlords.
• Register prospective tenants and match them with suitable properties.
• Negotiate tenancy terms and secure offers on behalf of clients.
• Carry out referencing, Right to Rent checks, and support tenancy agreements.
• Maintain client relationships and assist with tenancy renewals.
• Collaborate with the property management team for handovers and move-ins.
