Drive Recruiting Limited is seeking a Lettings Manager to lead lettings performance across residential and Build to Rent properties. This role is fully remote and part-time (22.5 hours per week) with a pro-rata salary of £35,000–£40,000.

You will drive occupancy, maximise rental income, manage the tenancy lifecycle, and build strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders using data, marketing and negotiation skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in residential lettings management or senior lettings.
• Experience in Build to Rent sector.
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
• Strong lead generation, marketing and customer journey management.
• Proven occupancy and rental income targets delivery.
• Excellent negotiating and sales skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis abilities.

Aufgaben

• Drive occupancy, rental income and reduce voids across the portfolio.
• Lead negotiations with tenants to maximise returns while maintaining service.
• Monitor local market conditions to inform pricing and marketing.
• Maximise exposure on Rightmove, Zoopla, Goodlord and channels.
• Act as main contact for lettings performance with market insight.
• Analyse occupancy trends and revenue performance.
• Oversee tenancy journey from enquiry to move-in.
• Identify opportunities to improve lettings processes.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Promote proactive, customer-led lettings approach.
