Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leisure or facility management experience, incl. senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex operations and large budgets.
• Strong health and safety, risk management, and best practices in Leisure & Sports.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and remote leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation for all properties.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
