Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations Management, with senior leadership roles.
• Proven success in managing large-scale operations in a remote setting.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
• Expertise in lean methodologies, process optimization, and performance management.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision and goals.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, quality, and service delivery across the organization.
