Zusammenfassung

Twilio is seeking a Legal Services Manager to join our Center of Excellence within the Legal Operations Team. You will review and vet high-volume, repeatable legal work and act as the initial legal point of contact across the business, helping to make the team more efficient.

You will negotiate NDAs, SOWs, assignments, and service orders, support billing processes, and drive operational playbooks for a fast-paced, globally distributed company. The role is remote and based in the UK.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Legal Operations/Contracts roles.
• Experience drafting/negotiating NDAs, SOWs, TSAs, service orders.
• Proficient with contracting tools: Salesforce, Conga, MS Office, Google Suite, Airtable, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Experience using AI to improve day-to-day legal work efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first attitude.
• Process-minded professional able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first point of contact for GTM and Telecom Carrier Relations on contracts and inquiries.
• Review, vet, and respond to high-volume legal requests within internal processes.
• Independently draft and negotiate NDAs, SOWs, assignments, TSAs, service orders.
• Support law firm eBilling matter creation and resolve invoice escalations.
• Contribute knowledge to the Center of Excellence Playbook.
• Support ad-hoc operational projects across multiple legal functions.
