Digital Data Foundation in Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom is seeking a Legal Technology Solutions Specialist to drive the adoption of LegalTech and lead on new business opportunities in a consultative and strategic role.

As a subject matter expert and product owner for deal management and CLM technologies, you will elicit requirements, design and deliver solutions, and guide clients on best configurations, while coordinating with partners and vendors in a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

Law or Computer Science graduate with 4-6 years’ progressive experience in a LegalTech support position or professional services with solution design & digital transformation.
Aptitude and willingness to learn new technology quickly and develop new skills.
Experience of supporting or using document automation and workflow automation technologies and deal/transaction management tools and data extraction tools.
Experience leading/coordinating technical implementation projects and of agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Subject matter expert / product owner for one or more deal management and/or contract lifecycle technologies, elicit requirements for new solutions and enhancements to existing solutions, and act as a technical lead during the design, build and delivery phases of key internal and client-facing solutions/managed services.
Define product/solution roadmap including identifying future integration opportunities.
Manage upgrades and system testing with suppliers.
Legal Technology ambassador or advisory to advise partners, fee earners and clients on best use and configuration of systems to meet challenges and provide solutions.
Transition new technologies into operational support, defining support and system maintenance processes and practices, and best practice materials.
Assisting with the preparation and delivery of client pitches.
Legal technology market analysis and provide insights on market trends & product evolution.
Lead pre-project evaluations, effort estimations and costings for key automation projects.
Plan, design, build, and test complex automated documents and workflows.
Create, support and maintain complex deal management and collaboration solutions, including configuring online data structures and data visualisations.
