Job summary

MERJE is seeking a Legal Analyst / Contract Analyst to join a growing contract management team. Fully remote (UK based) role reviewing commercial agreements using playbooks and legal technology to support corporate and financial services clients across the UK.

The role suits candidates with 6–24 months' experience in reviewing contracts, NDAs, MSAs, or commercial documents who want a long-term career in legal operations, contract management and AI-enabled review tools.

Qualifications

• 6–24 months' experience reviewing contracts, legal agreements or commercial documents.
• Experience reviewing NDAs, MSAs, and commercial contracts is advantageous.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI-enabled review tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing commercial contracts and legal agreements.
• Assessing contractual terms against guidance and playbooks.
• Identifying risks, issues and deviations for escalation.
• Working with legal, operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Using legal technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Supporting contract management and legal operations activities.
