Job summary

Corsearch is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal department. The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including service agreements, software licenses, SaaS agreements and NDAs.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams to manage legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance within the industry. Remote work is offered and part-time schedules (3-4 days per week) are welcome.

Qualifications

• Qualified legal professional with at least 2 years of experience in commercial contracts.
• Experience in tech/SaaS sectors preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
