Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the Legal, Compliance and Risk team in Leeds. You will review, draft and negotiate SaaS, IT and professional services agreements, and provide clear business-facing legal advice.

Hybrid working typically 2–3 days in our Leeds office with some international exposure across UK, MENA and APAC; you will engage with multiple business units and ensure compliance with UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified solicitor with England & Wales practicing entitlement.
• Strong negotiation and advisory skills across complex contracts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, IT and professional services agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate MSAs, terms & conditions, NDAs and sub-contracts.
• Draft and negotiate a broad range of IT/tech and professional services agreements.
• Engage with UK, MENA and APAC teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal input to multiple stakeholders.
