Job summary

J Matthews Legal seeks a Commercial Legal Counsel to join a leading global digital experience brand. You will handle a broad range of commercial contracts, with a emphasis on tech and SaaS agreements, reporting directly to the CEO. The role offers substantial autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders, with the opportunity to work predominantly from home.

You will require experience in the tech/I.T. sector and be a qualified UK Solicitor.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including technology and SaaS agreements.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to advise at senior levels.
• Qualified UK solicitor with rights of audience and UK regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad, diverse range of commercial contracts and related issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate tech/SaaS agreements and related commercial terms.
• Provide commercial legal advice to the CEO and senior stakeholders.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and drive matters forward from inception to closure.
