Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Conduct thorough process analysis, identify areas for improvement, and design and execute solutions using statistical methods and process simulation tools.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to translate new product designs and technologies into scalable manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, P&IDs, and control strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Monitor process performance using key metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Stay abreast of new manufacturing technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff.
