Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Head of Therapies to lead our therapy services across the UK. This remote role reports to the Chief Quality Officer and involves national travel to support across divisions. You will drive evidence-based practice and continuous improvement in allied health therapies.

The role requires HCPC registration or equivalent and at least five years of senior therapies leadership experience. Priory offers extensive leadership development and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Allied Health Professional or equivalent accreditation.
• ≥5 years post-qualification leadership experience in therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop AHP, addiction, creative and talking therapies workforce.
• Champion NICE-recommended interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, CAT).
• Drive quality improvement, clinical audit and outcome measurement in therapies.
• Lead preceptorship, induction, CPD, clinical supervision and workforce development.
• Shape policy, multidisciplinary frameworks and student placement partnerships.
• Represent Priory at national professional forums and networks.
