Job summary

Hopper seeks a Principal Product Manager to own the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice, shaping flows and interfaces with partner design teams. You will lead day-to-day design decisions, while collaborating with our in-house designer to craft intuitive experiences for millions of travelers.

• 8+ years of product management with ownership of customer-facing products.
• Design fluency; able to produce flows and mocks in Figma and lead as a design lead.
• Ability to write enough code to prototype without waiting on an engineer.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice.
• Engage enterprise partners through discovery, shaping requirements and launch decisions.
• Partner with solutions teams on implementation and onboarding.
• Drive design daily in Figma, produce flows and wireframes, and align assets with design teams.
