Job summary

Meta is seeking a product leader to own and advance a conversational AI product area. You will define a compelling AI-native product vision, assemble and steer a cross-functional team across engineering, data science and partner groups, and drive end-to-end delivery from prototype to scalable production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in Product Management
• Ability to derive product direction from production system data (evals, telemetry, user failure modes)
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across audiences
• Experience leading and motivating teams and influencing across an organization
• Experience integrating diverse user requirements into a single product strategy
• Experience hiring AI-capable cross-functional teams
• Deep data analytics skills for large datasets and data-driven decision making
• Experience deploying conversational AI in production environments with end-to-end impact

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for a complex AI/ML product area
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists and partners
• Prioritize opportunities and translate learnings into actionable product bets
• Evaluate trade-offs and risks of AI approaches and architecture choices
• Drive end-to-end product delivery from prototype to production
• Scale AI capabilities while maintaining governance and responsible AI practices
• Mentor other PMs and build AI-native practices across teams
• Communicate strategy and progress with radical clarity to stakeholders
