Hopper Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the customer-facing agent end to end, shaping conversations, interfaces, and user experience across chat and voice.

You will lead design decisions in close partnership with partner design teams and our in-house designer, acting as the day-to-day design lead on a lean team. You will collaborate with Partner Solutions, GTM, and Success teams to translate partner needs into scalable product choices, and you will prototype flows and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with customer-facing products.
• Design fluency; able to produce flows and mocks solo in Figma.
• Ability to write enough code to prototype without an engineer.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice.
• Engage enterprise partners through discovery and launch decisions.
• Partner with on implementation and onboarding teams.
• Drive design daily with hands-on prototyping in Figma and production assets.
• Build working prototypes using AI coding tools.
• Define and defend quality bars with the evaluation team.
• Specify agent behavior, tone, escalation policy, and edge cases.
