Job summary

N Consulting Global is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst (Pega) to support a large UK public sector transformation from London with remote working options. You will bridge business stakeholders, product owners and delivery teams to establish clear requirements, acceptance criteria and delivery priorities across multiple workstreams.

The role requires 12+ years in BA within Agile, 9+ years in Pega BA, and a proven track record in large-scale public sector programmes with strong

Qualifications

12+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile environments.
9+ years of Pega Business Analysis experience.
Expertise in user story development and acceptance criteria.
Proficient in requirements traceability.
Experience on large-scale public sector transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to drive requirements quality across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Lead backlog grooming to confirm in-scope requirements for delivery milestones.
Map candidate and customer journeys, identify gaps, assign ownership.
Define and implement story quality standards and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders and development teams for alignment.
Support delivery planning by assessing scope and velocity.
Facilitate workshops with suppliers and stakeholders to drive consensus.
Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability and regulatory compliance.
