Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst in dynamic enterprise environments, preferably involving delivery of software development streams.
• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst within high performing Agile development teams.
• A sound understanding of Agile and Waterfall-based project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between user experience, development, test teams, and client stakeholders.
• Focus on requirements elicitation and solution design.
• Guide and advise less experienced members of the BA team.
