Placements24 is seeking a Senior Research Scientist in Nanotechnology to lead the development of advanced nanomaterials and devices from a fully remote setting. You will drive synthesis, characterization, and application studies while collaborating with a distributed team of experts.

Qualifications

PhD in Nanotechnology, Materials Science, Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 5 years of nanotech research with strong publication record.
Expertise in synthesis for nanomaterials and nanoscale characterization.
Proficiency with nanoscale characterization tools and remote leadership.
Strong understanding of nanotechnology applications and challenges.

Responsibilities

Lead design, synthesis, and characterization of novel nanomaterials.
Develop and optimize fabrication processes for nanoscale devices.
Analyze material properties at the nanoscale using advanced techniques (AFM/TEM/SEM).
Explore nanomaterial applications in electronics, energy, medicine.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tech transfer and publish findings.
