Job summary

The Travel Franchise is seeking a commercially curious Franchise Development Manager to build relationships and uncover opportunities new to existing channels. This UK-based role offers remote/hybrid work and a competitive salary with a bonus structure.

You will explore partnerships, referrals and community-driven avenues, working with an experienced sales team to convert opportunities into franchise growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchising or growth roles across partnerships, business development and lead generation.
• Ability to identify new routes to market and build strategic partnerships.
• Proactive relationship builder capable of turning conversations into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new audiences and routes to prospective franchisees.
